your Heating Flue / Chimney !!!!
Have your chimney checked every year (no matter how you heat your home) to make sure the chimney
can do it's job to properly vent hot, toxic gases and carbon monoxide
from the heating system to the outdoors. Lack of sweeping oil or gas flues allows soot & debris to build up in base of
chimney over years.It is very common for sweeps to find as much as 5ft of debris in base of chimney.In some cases I have found
boiler pipes completly blocked off (Cabone Monoxide is deadly and everyone knows that).DON"T
DEPEND ON YOUR BOILER TEC.He is NOT a
Chimney & Venting expert.
